Guest guest
Beeara, this note is appreciated in terms of how many group milk and all other milk products together. Ie, if one is not acting well for them, the assumption I've seen is often that all dairy is not good for them. Of course, how it is prepared, all the quality issues come into play in addition to the lactose issue. Many assume that mucuous from dairy means allergy, or lactose intolerance also. It is nt the same thing. Thanks for sharing; Ysha > I was just reading today about how milk products > change in making cheese or other fermenting processes, making them > more digestible for the lactose intolerant, .........If I got it correctly, the pouring off of the liquid after creating curds is part of decrease in lactose in milk products.
