Perhaps can share the detailed month by month herbal and dietary protocol for early or later history of repeated or actual threatened miscarriage. In the meantime, this is to share that much is available. Abortions and miscarriages should be treated she says very much like postpartum, with need for several weeks' reclusive/rest and nourishment. Going back to work the next day is appalling to her, even after medical DNC type abortions. Especially when the baby was wanted and lost, the mother needs much emotional support and time to share feelings, over the weeks. Rasayana (deeply rejuvenative) herbs and gentle abhyanga (warm oil applications) are very helpful at this time. If the doctors in this forum here have more to share about details of caring for women after miscarriage or abortion, we did not have time to go into that topic much and I still feel there is more to learn personally. It is the challenge of many women these days in the west anyway, perhaps also in Asia? Warmly, Ysha
