Guest guest
Hi Kamron: This is something close to my heart so I'll be happy to tell you which oils I would take along: Sniffer bottles is my preferred choice, but some of these diffused would work too. I prefer sniffer bottles due to less oil is needed and can be used individually per patient and therefore more cost effective. Oregano~Carvacol rich one~I send this one separately to folks going to the hospital or on long plane rides due to the recycled air to avoid bugs of most type and staff germs. Along with the Oregano, I send a bottle of 2 mixed oils: Ravensara Aromatica and a good Eucalyptus for the excellent olfactory senses and to assist the oregano in as Butch would say: " Kicking big bad bug butts! " The last two would be for assistance in deep breathing either mixed or separately: Frankincense and Spikenard. These two are my favorites for anyone that has breathing problems or needs to develop a deeper breathing schedule. Am sure others will have their own input and fave. oils to tell you about. There are many others that would be good for mood assistance, but I prefer to send protective oils to a hospital setting. If you want mood assistance oils~Mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, Lavender, etc., would be great. My preference at the top would be Mandarin, there is just something about it that pleases my olfactory senses, 2nd would be a mix of a good Lemon/Lavender mix. These I would diffuse only. 3rd would be a good distilled safe Bergamot which can be used either way. Have fun making your choices. A most fragrant day to you, deb oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
