Kamron, we always recommend that people dilute the oils being used in the

personal inhalers (you mean the little ones with the cotton wick in the

center, like the old Vicks inhalers, right?)... we use 10% carrier in the

eo to extend the life... so diluting further shouldn't be a problem.
