A whiff of scent is no cure for what ails you One of the most rigorous studies of aromatherapy showed no significant change in heart rate, blood pressure, stress hormones or immune function after sniffing two top scents. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23452343/from/ET/
Guest guest
I dont think any aromatherapy book or reference has ever noted lemon for pain control so it makes one wonder why this oil was chosen for this study (which in its self bares no relation whatsoever as to how aromatherapy is used). If I'm not mistaken this study first surfaced last year and was debunked (possibly by cropwatch??). I know I've read it before. Wonder why they didn't reference this study? http://tinyurl.com/32egaa. Possibly because of it's positive outcome?
