But we knew that.

Of course, they're writing about the ubiquitous synthetic fresheners.

I'm of the belief that even naturals can pollute indoors if used in

excess. An occasional diffusion, an occasional candle lit, OK, but keep

it to a minimum.

I won't burn candles in my home anymore I have pets with sensitive lungs and I

just can't chance it, plus I have allergies. I try to stay away from any

chemical cleaners too mostly use vinegar, tea tree and orange oil. I started

switching over to phthalate free for my soap & wax melts and using more eo's.

Here is in my opinion the very best informational website on cats

and the effects of essential oils on their systems:

The Lavender Cat

http://www.thelavendercat.com/3201/index.html

Another good site for Dogs and essential oils as well as Birds &

essential oils is the Cyber Canine and the ParrotParrot websites:

Cyber Canine

http://www.cybercanine.com/aromalingo.htm

ParrotParrot

http://www.parrotparrot.com/birdhealth/alerts.htm

Please use care & caution with essential oils as well as when using

fragrance oils...
