I just want to say thank you to everyone for their suggestions.

 

Now I know why Ben Guy gave me a bad reaction when I put it all over

my whole back.

 

I have a lot of suggestions now to try.

 

I hope to post back on this in the future when I've had the chance to

try all the combionations and suggestions and say which helped.
