Coke is bad for health- every one knows - then what are the alternatives - that people can and should drink in Summer?

 

Answer: Neembu paani, lassi, aam ka pana, bel ka sharbat, sattu, Mango Shake, Bannana Shake or fruit juices - Mausammi, Orange, Water Mellon.

 

So if you are hosting a party at home or have some guests over, please try using these healthy alternatives.

 

Reciepe for Bel Ka Sharbat follows.

 

ingredients

 

 

1 Bael (bel), large4 cups (1 litre) 32 fl oz Water2 Spoon Honey

 

method

1. Break open the bael and remove the pulp.2. Soak the pulp in water.3. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth. Discard the pulp.

4. Dissolve the honey in the water and add to the bael mixture.

5. Serve chilled.
