Guest guest
Hi all, Understanding stress in simpler language. Just as we get tired at the end of the day this tiredness has two aspects. One aspect is the pure " Fatigue " . We relieve of this by sleep everyday. But there is a deeper aspect to this tiredness . This is the deeply embedded tiredness which we don't relieve of that easily. This is the deeply rooted stresses.and these deeply rooted stresses require Deep rest. a rest much deeper that eyes-closed resting. http://www.tm.org/charts/chart_03.html These problems that have been attributed are well managed for anyone practising regular Transcendental Meditation. http://www.tm.org/research/charts1.html V.Vivek Teacher of Transcendental Meditation
