Guest guest
It is more of a mind game - to develop the kind of body that we have. - Aamir Khan is an example - who can change his body as required for his role in a movie. Shows the deep connection between mind and body - This is not just what Aamir can do we all can - if we want to. - Lokesh http://movies.indiatimes.com/News-Gossip/News/Aamir-to-return-to-Ghajini-look/articleshow/5279049.cms Actor Aamir Khan who has lost his eight-packs owing to his college-guy look in ‘3 idiots’ isn’t a happy man! “I didn’t want to get rid of the physique I had built,” he confessed to us, “I had worked so hard on it, that in order to maintain it I would have to spend just one hour at the gym every day. That wasn’t asking for much! However, an actor has to do what an actor has to do,” he told us. Aamir Khan is now all set to return to his massive, enviable physique all over again. “I love my body then, and I will start workingout once again post ‘3 Idiots’,” he told us. “I miss my Ghajini body, and will surely get it back!” About how he manages to build a physique and lose it as and when required is intriguing. However, Aamir insists that it’s more a mind game and less of physical effort. “I don’t know what happens in the brain, but something happens... It gets tuned to a particular goal, and then come what may, I just have to achieve it. Even I don’t know how I do it, but as long as the desired results are got, I’m not complaining,” he said, smiling.
