The fruit cut into pieces has to be dried, prefereably in shade. These pieces should be boiled in coconut oil till they become dust. This oil is an excellent remedy for graying of hair.

Equal quantity of amla powder, jamun powder and bitter-gourd powder make a useful remedy for diabetics

The best way to take Amla with the least loss of Vitamin C is to eat it raw with a little salt. ___________________
