Hello-

I just joined this group, I was really happy to find it as I am

always looking to learn more about alternative healing. I work at

an animal shelter and make use of various methods of alternative

healing such as flower remedies and aromatherapy for the animals.

We work with a animal communicator from time to time and I have

taken a couple of workshops in animal communication. Of course I am

interested in alternative healing for people too, which leads me to

a question. My husband suffers from RSD, which is short for reflex

sympathetic dystrophy. This is a painful condition of the autonomic

nervous system which usually comes on after a soft tissue injury.

He has not been able to work for three years because of this. We

are desparately seeking something that will help to alleviate the

pain and manage this condition. Mainstream medicine has pretty much

failed us, I'm afraid, and at present all it can offer is heavy duty

morphine medication. We have tried accupunture, but because the

foot affected by the disorder is ultra sensitive to even the

slightest touch, he had to stop it because the needles being

inserted was too agonizing.

Is there anyone on this list who knows about this disorder and could

maybe suggest something for us to try?

I am really looking forward to being on this list. I use crystals

alot for various purposes, but have not tried extensivly using them

for healing yet, although I've read about it.

Dear Lynne,

RSD sometimes called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome has as one of its components severe nerve pain. I can only liken this pain to that left in the nerve endings when shingles lesions heal. Post herpetic neuralgia is the single most prominent cause of suicide in the elderly. My reason for bringing this to your attention is that Dr. Nagi, chief of residency and dermatologic surgery at the University of California Medical School at San Diego and Chief of Dermatologic Surgery, Chief of the Dermatology Department and Chief of Residency has found the application and ingestion of Larrea tridentata or what the American Indians call Shegoi, the mother of all plants, to be a "miraculous" pain diminishing anti inflammatory. Please examine this site and download the free book. Although the book is entitled "Treating Herpes Naturally with Larrea tridentata, the range of efficacy of this plant includes shingles, psoriasis, eczema, cold sores, genital herpes, lupus, fibromyalgia, Epstein Barr, MS, Lymes disease, acne irritable bowel syndrome type ll diabetes and any inflammatory or allergenic condition.

You might ask if this is snake oil. However, the American Indians called it their medicine chest for good reason. There is much disease today that is viral based. This is actually growing. It is quite comforting to realize that there is a plant, carbon dated at 18,000 years of age, that survives the most difficult environmental conditions in the southwesetern deserts including Death Valley and that contains the accumulated wisdom of all those years. Its efficacy includes both HIV, an RNA based virus which through an enzyme duplicates the host organism's DNA in an almost inseparable fashion as well as Herpes, a DNA based virus which does not encroach upon the genome. There is every reason, to suspect that this plant addresses all known viruses which currently debilitate so may of our fellow man. When you add to this an anti inflammatory at least 1000 times more powerful than the strongest pharmaceutical, you have something of inestimable value. As an aside, it is also a phenomenal preservative with soon to be marketed anti aging properties.

Please examine this web site and download the book. I can be reached at DrSABrown or called at 860-295-1072.

Hello - thankyou very much for this information, I will look at the

material with interest.

Is Larrea tridentata the same as Chapparal? It appears to be

available up here in Canada as Chapperal.

Again, thankyou-

Lynne,

I haven't heard of RSD but I've had back problems for a long time,

nerves and discs. I am a firm believer in the help that chiropractic

treatment can provide as well as foot reflexology. One of the times I

my back went out I went to a reflexology clinic and was amazed to find

that it does actually work, it helped me to walk upright without pain

so that I could eventually go back to the chiropractor heal, and get

out of the pain. Accupressure is also a less painful treatment than

acupuncture. The thing about reflexology and accupressure is that they

can come at the problem are from a less painful place and to a lesser

degree than the needles do. So the pain can be reached and relived from

somewhere else on the body. Anyway, that is what helped me.

Thank you. Please note my response to an earlier and similar comment.

The Larrea tridentata, called Shegoi by many of the American Indian tribes, is in actuality the specific plant which forms the basis of the legend of chaparral. The topicals and ingestibles which I have mentioned in this forum are stabilized and standardized herbals with solid scientific evidence and four patents surrounding both the process for removing the toxicity and specific utility as applied to all herpes based conditions.. Yes, you are absolutely on target as the range of efficacy of this plant is beyond comprehension. The many native tribes referred to Larrea tridentata as their medicine chest and in truth used it for serious and terminal conditions as well. Yet, as soon as the disease was attenuated, the application of Larrea was stopped. The build up of the toxins within the plant resin, had to be diminished.

What a brilliant scientist named Dr. Rob Sinnott did was to discover a way to fully utilize the amazing plant lignins and flavanoids while removing the toxicity inherent in them. It was this toxicity as well as the anti viral, anti fungal, anti bacterial, anti microbial, anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties that enabled this plant to survive in the harshest of environmental conditions.

I offer each reader the opportunity to read an amazing book by Dr. William Clark about "Treating Herpes Naturally with Larrea tridentata" Simply and enjoy.

I have heard of this disorder, I

had a friend who had it in a hand.

Reiki helped some, so did

Therapeutic Touch.

You might try Therapeutic Touch: just

stroke the air around the foot about

an inch from the foot.

It won't hurt to try!

Another idea: work the HAND with

reflexology. On the same side as

the affected foot.

Where do you live??

There is a clinic in Florida

run by an LMT named Paul St John,

which specializes in chronic pain.

Dear Lynne,

Dr. Son mentioned this product when he stated, "AND feel your product is right up there with other great discoveries of herbal world.I would highly recommend to all readers of alternative answers." Larrea tridentata or as the American Indians refer to it as Shegoi, the Mother of All Plants, is perhaps the most powerful anti inflammatory on the market today. Of course, it is an anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti microbial and anti oxidant. It doesn't grow in Tahiti or the Amazon Rain forest, but right here in the deserts of the Southwestern USA. In fact, 40 million acres of it stretch from Death Valley through the most challenging living areas of the United States. It is important for each of us to recognize that herbs of significant impact are scattered throughout the world, for the simple reason that people live throughout this world.

I am a believer in destiny, the confluence between the Will of God and the surrender of man. This plant was utilized by the American Indians for thousands of years as their medicine chest and is now available in a standardized, stabilized form of chaparral with the brilliant patented process for naturally removing the toxic NDGA Quinones from the resin of the leaves. Wild crafted and ecologically pruned, no plant is destroyed to obtain its miraculous mixture of lignins and flavanoids and in truth subsequent to pruning grows back in an even more abundant form. Destiny awaited the arrival of the exact mix of men who were both capable of solving the botanical mystery of chaparral and bringing it to the world as well. An exceptional mix of brilliant ongoing scientific research and creative marketing result in what will become a global legend as the endless series of viral epidemics create increasing need for the solution of Shegoi.

Consider the incredible pain of someone who suffers from post herpetic neuralgia, the aftermath of shingles, the residual nerve pain when the shingles lesions have long since healed. The single highest cause of suicide amongst the elderly, often requires morphine to ineffectively minimize the pain. If you or anyone else on this list suffers from any kind of pain, fibromyalgic, arthritic, neuralgic, diabetic or the consequences of inflammation from asthma to migraines, I would suggest giving careful consideration to examining the place of Shegoi in your life and in the life of your friends and loved ones. Dr. John Son, MD, ND NMD is among the many physicians like Dr. Nagi, chief of dermatologic surgery, dermatology and residency at the University of California Medical School at San Diego, who are simply nonplussed at the capacity of Shegoi to alleviate even the most difficult of pain. When she and her associate, also a faculty member, applied the Shegoi penetrating spray on their post herpetic neuralgia patients at their clinic, the word they used to describe the results was perhaps unscientific but certainly demonstrated their humility. That word was "miraculous."

I invite you with your challenges of RSD or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome as well as others to examine this book, the testimonials and the possibilities for yourself. I am available at DrSABrown or at 860-295-1072. Please enjoy your reading and exploration.
