Guest guest
I can vouch for the fact that all the additives and processing make it hard for us to enjoy milk; but I refused to give it up! And, fortunately, I found that by taking enzymes I can enjoy milk again. It used to be that during allergy season (most of the year for me), if I drank a glass of milk, then I'd be congested within an hour or two. Now I can drink milk anytime. I just have to take enzymes daily. If I forget to take my enzymes and feel myself getting congested, I take a handful of enzympe pills and I'm fine within 30 minutes. They sell enzymes in every health food store nowadays. Look into it. Not all work the same. Keep searching until you find one that works for you. I had to turn to an MLM company to find one that worked for me but I think it's worth it. It took me years to find a way to keep milk in my diet but I'm glad that I did. - Anna > " bellanutrition " <nutrition > Re: New Member Intro > > Hi Emily, > > My opinion about cow's milk - well drinking it is a personal choice. > If someone enjoys cow's milk and it works for them, then I say by > all means drink it. By taking the enzymes are you not doing just that? Many people find that drinking "organic" milk, they have less intolerances. I would be concerned that I would be doing damage to my body by masking the milk problems? Take a look at www.notmilk.com and perhaps you might change your mind. Not telling you to not drink milk, just givingyou some things to think seriously about before you do harm to your body. Which MLM company do you get yours from? I have nothing against them, on the contrary. Great way for people to get their expensive supplements subsidized and more! Ien in the Kootenays, subsidizing her Amazon Herb habit! http://wildhealing.net
