Guest guest
Hi. I have another poser: Just had disheartening visit to the dentist. I keep getting cavities despite good brushing hygiene and avoiding sweets. The dentist said the lack of saliva (dry mouth) was one cause; another being not using flouridated toothpaste and mouthwash. I suffer from chronic anxiety (which I'm working on) which causes dry mouth. And then, because flouride has such negative effects, I've been using non-flouridated toothpaste and mouthwash for about two years. These cavities happened inside of that time. Besides the obvious of getting my teeth fixed, I'm in a quandry as to what to do. Any ideas? Merlynn
