I'd like some advice, opinions & information on losing weight, toning & slimming down by using diet, aerobic exercise & strength training w/weights. I want to make sure that I do not " BULK " up & that I am getting the proper nutrition for my body. I've heard that when strength training the diet must be modified to include muscle support supplements ...but I'm unfamiliar with this concept.
