WANT:Opinions/Info on Trimming/Toning/Losing Weight w/Strength Training/Aerobics

Hello There!

 

I'd like some advice, opinions & information on losing weight,

toning & slimming down by using diet, aerobic exercise & strength

training w/weights.

 

I want to make sure that I do not " BULK " up & that I am getting the

proper nutrition for my body.

 

I've heard that when strength training the diet must be modified to

include muscle support supplements ...but I'm unfamiliar with this

concept.

 

Any advice, insight, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
