I've enjoyed reading all the material that passes through this list. I didn't think I'd be posting an information request. Any recommendations for a compressed ulnar nerve. I know if I go to my M.D. he'll prescribe muscle relaxers which really do a number on my stomach.

I know this is a compressed ulnar nerve because I had it in my right arm/hand some years ago. That time it only lasted a few hours but this has been continuous for almost two weeks. The symptoms are numbness from the elbow continuing down the arm and outside of my hand as well as in the little finger and half of the ring finger.

I'll appreciate any advice anyone would care to offer.

Thanks in advance,

Donna

Donna, I can't make recommendations specifically

for any one condition, but I do know that the

formula Recovazon from Amazon herb Company works as a muscle relaxant, among other things.
