I am mainly a lurker to learn something so most of you probably didn't read anything of me yet. Here the question goes. My DH has a very stressy job. This is really wearing him out. He likes his job very much, coz its really fulfilling, so he doesn't want to change it. Unfortunaly he keeps having a cold now for months. He wants to get the cold gone, but doesn't get anywhere with the doc, they only wanna give him antibiotics which are ont his thing, nor mine. I have been letting him use some essential oils and extra vitamins, like 1000 mg vit. C and a heavy duty multi mix. Does anybody have anything to add? Thanks!
