Guest guest
13.12.2004 mudras attack the very root of problem, ie , imbalance of 5 elements which make up for the body. arthritis should not take more than 20 days to heal. in some cases finger tips are blocked - lactic acid turns into crystals so the message to the brain does not go properly. it has to be done for minimum 45 mts a day which may be spread over. within 7 days major difference should be there. you have to try joints pain mudra. in some cases i suggest to try pran mudra along with it so that better immunity is there. i do not know whether one instruction is there. for reiki people i suggest drawing of symbols on the hands. for non-reiki people i suggest rubbing of hands for 1-2 mts before starting mudra so that energy comes in the hand. see if you are missing something. i can vouch that after your disease is gone, do it once a week and it should not come again. would like to get feedback. I have been drinking cherry juice for a couple of years now and definitely feel a worsening of my arthritis symptoms when I skip it for a few days. I have been practicing the mudra's in the file section for a couple of weeks now and they do indeed help. Neither are cure alls but when dealing with chronic inflammation and pain every little bit helps. Other remedies I use are homeopathic Hypericum Perf, Aconitum N, Arnica M. Guest guest
Hi Dennis, This isn't Cheryl (Michelle here) but I wanted to let you know that one of my clients is currently using the cherry juice to address her fibromyalgia. She's just started, but I'll let you know of her results. Fibro is very common in mid-life women so it often comes at menopause time. A drop in estrogen levels seems to be associated with increased symptoms. All the best, Michelle Dennis wrote: Are the many people with " fibro " who you know getting better? Has the juice helped? In what specific ways?
