Could you perhaps be a bit more specific?

 

If one is currently residing in a human body and feels the urge to help others, one is likely to have at least A gift.

 

Vincent, there are so many wonderful

ways to heal self and others.

 

Any time a parent kisses the bruised

knee of a child who has hurt herself,

the human gift for healing is used.

 

As for having a special extra large gift, would you like to tell us why

you are asking?

I think everyone has the gift of healing. Most just

aren't aware of it. But, anyone who is a massage

therapist, reflexologist or other alternative healing

methods will tell you that something happens when you

lay hands on a person. There is a connection that

occurs that makes you feel one with that person. And

if you believe they will be healed it seems to occur.

This gift can be increased and refined if you wish. Qi

Gong and other Chinese healing methods are amazing.

It's not a Hollywood kind of thing. It's more quiet

and soothing and of course it is real. If you want to

be a healer..start healing. Don't announce it..just do

Interesting comment. I am a massage therapist. There is a reality that

happens when I lay my hands on another person who has come to me because

he/she is in pain. It has nothing to do with belief, though. Belief is a

very deceiving activity to engage in. Belief is attempting to create a

reality with one's mind, and is often associatedc with hopes and fears and

expectations. So, by means of belief you end up projecting all of your

stuff onto the client. Not only is this NOT healing, it is just the

opposite.

 

But something does happen. If I am centered in myself, and I lay my hands

on the client, there is a certain knowing that he/she will get better, and

he/she does. The knowing is beyond words, though often in the process of

the session, the words will emerge either from me or the client that give

expression to how the healing will happen, to what is the root of the

problem, to what the unfolding will be like.

 

It is seldom dramatic. It is most often natural, ordinary, and so subtle

that it can be missed in an instant. Sometimes the unfolding (healing) is

only clear down the way a bit.

Hi, You equate 'belief' with hopes, fears and

expectations. I equate it with living and doing

without fear. I do not 'hope' healing will happen,

'fear' it will not happen or 'expect' it to happen. I

know it will happen to a greater or lesser degree. I

do not put limits on it. 'Belief' is not religion in

the traditional sense (just as religion is not a

building but rather a way of life). To me it is

understanding that we are all connected and therefore

can help one another. Hope this clarifies my meaning
