Hello,

Over the last 4 years, I've lost around 180lbs. Unfortunately, this

has left me with loose, saggy skin around my stomach area. I've tried

every nutritional strategy I can think of. I'm now consulting with

plastic surgeons. If anyone knws of a way to correct this issue by a

less invasive and traumatic method, please post. Thank you. -Joe G

The skin is flabby and thick, not thin. There's still flab I just

cannot lose, even with fasting. It's really at its worst when I bend

over. It's almost like there's flab that's attached to the skin, but

not attached to my frame. Thanks, -Joe

Go to the local Y and do their water aerobics class. My friend lost

150 + pounds and is now a PERFECT size 6 with no flab. I can't

believe it. I saw her for the first time AFTER weight loss and

nearly fainted. She is also not young... she did this

at 50 plus with Lupus and as a breast cancer survivor.

The water is magic.

Thanks, Victoria. I will check out the Y here and see what they offer.

I have been experimenting with a bentonite/cider vinegar mixture

applied topically and left on overnight (twice so far),and it seems to

be giving me some success. Thank you. -Joe
