Guest guest
Hello, Over the last 4 years, I've lost around 180lbs. Unfortunately, this has left me with loose, saggy skin around my stomach area. I've tried every nutritional strategy I can think of. I'm now consulting with plastic surgeons. If anyone knws of a way to correct this issue by a less invasive and traumatic method, please post. Thank you. -Joe G
Guest guest
Joegum, Congrats on the weight loss! Is your stomach just slack, or do you have like an apron of loose skin hanging there? Guest guest
The skin is flabby and thick, not thin. There's still flab I just cannot lose, even with fasting. It's really at its worst when I bend over. It's almost like there's flab that's attached to the skin, but not attached to my frame. Thanks, -Joe Joe Go to the local Y and do their water aerobics class. My friend lost 150 + pounds and is now a PERFECT size 6 with no flab. I can't believe it. I saw her for the first time AFTER weight loss and nearly fainted. She is also not young... she did this at 50 plus with Lupus and as a breast cancer survivor. The water is magic. Guest guest
Thanks, Victoria. I will check out the Y here and see what they offer. I have been experimenting with a bentonite/cider vinegar mixture applied topically and left on overnight (twice so far),and it seems to be giving me some success. Thank you. -Joe Victoria Satta wrote: > > > Joe > > Go to the local Y and do their water aerobics class. My friend lost > 150 + pounds and is now a PERFECT size 6 with no flab. I can't > believe it.
