Contact Val or Ian off the list OR look in the recipes and make it

yourself...............Love Penny(I have used it and do so as I do have

sinus problems from working in air conditoning in Fla - when it gets bad

and the mold is high - I sniff up my snuff)

I don't seem to be able to get to the archives - is there any way you can put this recipe on the list - I definately want to try it!

Thanks,

Dear Jean,

I really SWEAR by the Herbal Snuff that Doc Ian sells, It is from an

old recipe originally from Doc Chrisotpher I think and then from Dr,

Schultze (who made it stronger).

I have actually seen someone who could not breathe properly for

years and continually had sinus problems, have a HUGE blood clot come

out of his sinuses by using this snuff.

He has had absolutely no problems since.

Penny,

Can you tell me how often the snuff was used and how long it took

for your friend to release the blood clots from his/her sinuses?

Thanks, Cathy

Dear Cathy,

Put the snuff on the back of the hand. A very small pinch. Either

snif it up or put a small straw on it and sniff it up to the back of the

nose.

One is trying to get it into the sinuses.

The - in my case - I lay down and try not to sneeze (impossible) for

as long as possible. then finally I ususally have to blow my nose.

After about 20 minutes, try another dose.

The young man who had the clot did this for about a week..........Love

Penny

This sounds like my husband could use this- he blows his nose ALL day long! I know he has some seasonal allergies and is sensitive to milk (but so far will not give it up, but at least he has cut way back on it. that is a start!)

is the snuff painfull, itchy, uncomfortable? I am going to suggest it to Geoff, but I want to be able to completely warn him. Also, can you tell me what all to expect from it and all the things it is good for? thanks so much
