Pick the rose hips whenthey are red. Put gloves on. Open themout and

take out all the little fine hairs. Then dry the shells.

Otherwise, when you drink a tea, the fine hairs will evenitch when

they come out the other end (grin).

Wash them well and don't scrape the fine hairs and seeds out when

there is a wind.............Love Penny(having found out by experience

That's probably why the source that I reported from emphasized that the fresh

ones were more assimilable.

The seeds are high in vita. E. so keep them.
