Guest guest
Dear Peggy, Dr. Schultze actually cured himself of heart problems (they said he needed susrger) by going on a STRICT vegetarian diet. Absolutely no meat or eating anything that had a face or came from a face. He also developed several herbal tinctures that he has used successfully with his patients. He did a total cleanse of his whole system He exercised every day. He had hot and cold showers to increase the blood circulation. You can find all the information in the files concerning these various techniques. What Dr. Schultze decided (and what Doctor Christopher before him and other healers) was that there is not just ONE thing that you must do. Your husband's and your families whole lifestyle must be looked at. Just changing his diet is one facet of his bodily health. Also, I note that YOU are the one asking the questions - is he willing to change his lifestyle? Or, like many others. will he now consider that he can go back to the old lifestyle which probably helped to cause this condition? Or is he willing to search and put into effect a different lifestyle? ...........................Love Penny
Guest guest
The ideal diet depends entirely on fundamental body type. That's why i like Ayurvedic medicine, because they do the best job of classifying body types and relating it to diet. For anyone recovering from surgery, i would highly recommend ghee, which is a form of clarified butter. It goes with almost anything, is excellent in all kinds of cooking, and helps the body repair itself. High protein is a good idea in this situation, but too much will stress the kidneys. If after a meal he's feeling too heavy and sluggish, there was either too much protien or too much carbohydrate. He will feel most energetic when the balance is right for him. I know some vegetarians will disagree, but i have found some meat will assist in repairing body damage of all kinds.
