Guest guest
It would be beneficial, and you *might even quit getting headaches from cold. Cold makes your head hurt because it slows the blood circulation to the brain. The hot and cold showers bring the blood to the surface and actually speed up the circulation all through the body. You might get headaches at first, but as your circulation improves and the toxins are expelled you will probably notice that you don't get them any more. (Don't expect it to happen immediately.)
