Guest guest Posted September 2, 2001 Report Share Posted September 2, 2001 Dear NC, i dounderstand your concern. Personally - I try to avoid anything that has gone through a manufacturing process. In Africa, I would soak the actual soy beans overnight and then boil them for about an hour or so and then grind them up in a mincing machine with grated carrot, cheese, garlic, abit of brown bread,onions and some grated raw potato. Then we would fry the soya burgers and have them with salads - either hot or cold.
