Guest guest
About who is asking the questions here about lifestyle changes.... really good point!! I'm waiting to see if this dear man intends to go back to long work days with high tension and long drives, or if he's really willing to change our lifestyle to something simpler. He's only happy when he's working outside in his garden (you should see his compost system!), but doesn't think we can live that way. I have the responsibility for buying and preparing our meals - that's one of my contributions to the family - so it's natural for me to want to know more about it. But, yes, he should be committed to change before I start jumping through hoops! I'm not sure if this is a rare health condition; our kids have very few health poblems and no dental cavities, so I believe that it was DH's diet in his early years that gave him a poor start. That may have made his genetic code take a nose dive and cause his heart problems. <g> Thanks for the responses, folks! Peggy A (NJ)
