Hi guys,

I sit at a desk all day and was looking for an herb that promotes

circulation. I thought I read cayenne somewhere, and have added cayenne

tincture to my teas (2 drops, 4x/day) but don't think it's working. My

right leg keeps going numb on me.

Any suggestion??

Most chiropractors would agree that when a leg goes numb, there is a

misalignment somewhere in the lower back. This would be worth checking out.

Cayenne is the herb most often recommended for circulation problems. When

it doesn't work, there are other problems. Diabetes comes to mind, as

sometimes it will cause this sort of symptom. If you know you have it, try

Astragalus and see if that improves things.
