Does anyone know if this won't work? I've got some spelt sprouting and was

planning to dry it out in the oven and then mill it in my flour mill. I know

sprouted is better and wanted to have some flour on hand to bread chicken,

make biscuits etc.

Has anyone ever heard of or tried this?

Thanks,

Ann in Memphis

Ann, ya jus' gotta call Valorie and talk to her about it. She made a batch last week with a special all raw dip, and I swear it was better than chocolate cake ;o) Valorie is definitely the master raw chef in the family. LOL

Love,

Doc

PS. Valorie is on "Read Only" at the moment so she didn't get your comm.
