Guest guest
Howdy list! I have been lurking for the last 3 weeks... I really enjoy this list and have learned a great deal so far! Thank you ! On Christmas Eve of 99 my back went out. I had a pinched siatica (sp?) I was down for 4 days and have never been the same since. I find my spine rolling in and out of place constantly. I can make the slightest move and it will pop out. I have good days and bad days, some days its all I can do to just lay there, well I don't really lay, I have to be in a recliner, I can't lay flat, and I can not sit for long. Some days I can be very active and get a great deal done. I can feel it in my back and leg if a storm is coming on. I have recently moved from a humid climate to a very dry climate and that seemed to help some. I have tried going to the chiropractor, my last visit ended in him POPPING my back OUT and me not able to move for a few days until I could get it popped back in my self. The next chiropractor is about 70 miles away. I don't feel that they CURE the problem anyway. Currently I am taking 2000 mg ec of Calcium, Magnesium and Vit C. 1500 mg of Glucosimine, Condrodian and MSM. I do back exercises two + times a day, and am taking BFC tincture- 1 dropper once a day. I tried taking the BFC 2 droppers 2x a day but it was making me a zombie, I could not sleep and was very grouchy, so I cut my dose. I also take a multi vit (Schiff PMS-it really works) vit B-6, spirulina, kelp and alfalfa. Is there anything else that I can be taking to help heal the damage that I have done to my back? What kind of diet should I be on... I use to drink alot of " MT. DEW " , this was right before my back went out, I know it had something to do with it! I try to stay away from processed food and eat what I grow. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have a spouse with the same condition. Guest guest
Dear Ginny, The BF & C is good. I might also suggest the Deep Tissue Repair Oil (in the files) as well. Also in the files is an article called "Back in Action". I've lost more chiropractor "friends" having published it ;o) These exercises will put your back into place. Start off by doing these exercises once a day and work up to 3 times if you can. You're right about the mountain dew, it has to go.
