Guest guest
thanks, Kristen. No, I am not on any meds, and haven't been in a long long time. With me taking the year off, when I finally realized the bipolar had hit, and hit hard, I probably should have, as it was not fun, but horrible. But I have cleansed before, so I know that I can clean myself out. It will take several more cleanses, if it was like last time, maybe 8. I am feeling much, much better, emotionally and mentally, and that is a huge step, but I can tell, it isn't near what I was before I started on that year of hell. April 29, 41st Day of Cleanse Well, about an hour after I took my last dose of oil and juice, my stomach said, " I don't think so, but thanks for the thought. " Up it came. Have you ever thrown up oil? Let me tell you, after you get your stomach settled down, you have to wash, and I mean with LOTS of soap, the sinks, the toilet, and everything in between. Did I say lots of soap? I mean LOTS of soap. And then you HAVE to take a bath, and clean up your clothes. And use soap, LOTS of soap. And wash your hair too, just in case. LOTS of shampoo. So much for staying in bed. Finally, I get back to bed, luckily, I didn't throw up there, and lay on my right side with the leg up and in about 5 minutes, heavy pressure all through the liver area. Like someone is sitting on me. It stayed like that for about 15 minutes. Then the gurgling started. I thought it was my stomach, and thought, oh, boy, I hope I can at least make it to the sink, the tub, the toilet before I hurl, but after about 30 minutes of gurgles, then the left side started to do some flutters, only very, very strong. It did that for about 10 minutes, and let me tell you, talk about irritating! Then, it was like a swelling where the flutters were, and, now this sounds strange, but I could feel something moving there, and the flutters started again, and then moving, about 20 minutes worth. I have heard that some describe this as your gallbladder having a bowel movement, and I always thought that was funny, until now! It does feel like that. I don't know how long after that, but I fell asleep, thank goodness. What a night! About 3 in the morning, I woke up and I was already on my feet heading for the bathroom. I am used to waking up IN bed that it was kind of scary waking up on my feet. Could have been worse, could have woke up on the toilet. But that urge was sooooo strong, and sooooo painful, that nothing was gonna keep me from my destination, believe me! Now for the gory part. Mostly colored water, gravel and what looked like lots of sand on the bottom and, gulp, chunks of things around, along with lots of stringy things like before. I had parasites, and I got rid of them, ewwwwwww. I mean, yea, I got rid of them, ewwwwww, I saw them. Blech! But I will tell you this: I feel so much better. But I have had a greasy bum all day long! Lynques
