I met someone with Sickle Cell Anemia. He is slight build in his 30's and in considerable amount of pain on a daily basis. I tried doing an internet search on this and it certainly gave me tons of info but all established allopathic approaches. Can anyone suggest anything else to his dilemma? I would really appreciate any and all help. I will be seeing him again Feb.22, 23 and would like to be able to point him in the right direction.Thank you< I have wondered whether a cows milk intolerance* would aggravate this condition. Suggest 1 month of total abstinence from anything that eminated from a cows udder. Lactose, casein, whey etc or anything containing these items. Its only a month, so if it didn't help, no harm done. Of course attention should be paid to calcium etc if long term. If he wants more info, contact me on list or off Mike Food Allergist UK *or other food intolerances.....
