Jay, I'm not a doctor but I have some friends that have told me that their

migrains headaches are history from making diet changes and using nutrition

supplements that are safe for children and adults. If you want to talk with

them to find out how they acomplished this, email me your phone number (if you

Can any one help me treat migraine headaches?

I need some ideas on how to treat a child about 7 years old and an adult

treatment.
