Guest guest
I've used castor packs for various problems and it was significant towards cleansing and healing. I used it as a part of a program (juicing, specifid diet for cleansing and building, colonics, saunas, massage, etc.). It is an important part of treatment, but I don't know how much I'd appreciate it without applying the other treatments with it. I still use castor as a part of essential oil mixtures for various applications. It penetrates the skin well and is generally soothing and relaxing. Excellent to apply before retiring for the evening. Gettingwell , " farscape667 " <farscape66@a...> wrote: > Curious if anyone has tried these. Main problem is gallstones. I use it on my thyroid nodules. For cysts and lumps, sometimes up to a month for results. Diane Stein covers castor oil packs in her books - one is: " The Natural Remedy Book for Women " . Use organic castor oil, if possible.
