I've used castor packs for various problems and it was significant

towards cleansing and healing. I used it as a part of a program

(juicing, specifid diet for cleansing and building, colonics,

saunas, massage, etc.). It is an important part of treatment, but I

don't know how much I'd appreciate it without applying the other

treatments with it. I still use castor as a part of essential oil

mixtures for various applications. It penetrates the skin well and

is generally soothing and relaxing. Excellent to apply before

retiring for the evening.

Yes, I've seen them recommended for uterine and ovarian cysts as well

as, breast lumps, tumors, acne, boils, bruises, wounds and sores.

I use it on my thyroid nodules.

For cysts and lumps, sometimes up to a month for results.

Diane Stein covers castor oil packs in her books - one is: " The

Natural Remedy Book for Women " .

Use organic castor oil, if possible.
