Or spaced throughout the day in small sips? How concentrated did you make your solution? I started at about 2 grams per pint but sometimes go to 6 grams per pint when I feel I need a lot of C at once. These days I normally use 4 grams per pint of pure water (not tap water). > > Day 3: By the third day I had a light ivory colored stool...which I > had never had before. If I get some on my hands & do not wash it off thoroughly, it can leave burns. Likewise I drink it thru a straw so as not to get residual solution lingering in my mustache. But I never had blisters or burns from drinking the C solution. > > > Alobar, I wonder > if you are low in blood plasma cysteine and that is why you have such > good results? To my knowledge, my blood plazma cysteine levels have never been masured, so I can't comment on that. Alobar
