Guest guest
When writing a new message on a new topic, it is easy to just ask the question in an existing thread. However, doing so makes it very hard to scan thu lots of posts looking for an old message. Below is an example. I am not singling out Kathy -- just using her post as an example. I do not know about others, but I tend to save all of the posts on this e-group & with so many messages, accurate subject lines help a lot. It is also good to trim off all the group info at the bottom of a post being quoted, and chop the quoted part to just the portion you are responding to. See, for example, how much I trimmed from the quoted portion in my post earlier this evening in the thread " Re: Cardiovascular Disease " Alobar - " Kathy Dery " <gfx Monday, August 18, 2003 1:07 AM Re: Future of the group > Does anyone know if taking Fish Body Oil and Flaxseed Oil are ok with > high cholesterol?
