Interestingly, Warrior is based on an old pre-combat formula that was used by Shaolin martial arts monks. It was enriched with herbs used by indigenous Amazonians during the hunt. In both situations one needs both concentration and strength. Warrior nourishes the adrenal glands in particular. I guess one could think of Warrior as "herbal stimulant medication". Once my son came home for a few days, and I had forgotten how irritating his presence could be, even for people who love him dearly. He was restless, with a chaotic energy, and talked incessantly in an irritating high-pitched voice. I finally remembered to ask him if he had his Aquazon that day. He confessed he had not. Aha! Horror of horrors, I had taken the last caps in the house that morning and had none to offer him. Then I remembered that people had mentioned Warrior as helpful for ADD. I did have that in the house. By this time I was feeling pretty frazzled myself just from being around Alex' energy, so we both took two caps. If I had not been there, I would not have believed what happened next. In less than five minutes Alex' voice went down an octave and his whole energy smoothed out. It was almost instant. Quite amazing. I felt much better too. We enjoyed the rest of his stay. There may well be other herbal remedies out there, but this is the one I know. Kim Yes, you are right. It all works together. That is why, in my business, I always try to start people on the whole program instead of doing the "this for that" thing. Many ADD kids suffer from intestinal parasites and/or heavy metal poisoning. When you start adding the right minerals in a form that your body recognizes as food, it seems to be able to let go of the bad ones and somehow come to the right balance. Good sources of trace minerals: Celtic Seasalt Sea Vegetables Pascalite ( I don't know how absorbable the clay is, but it is a good cleanser) AFA algae (sorry, here we go again, but it is the love of my life) Ien in the Kootenays*******************************Different things work for different people. To see what works for our ADD send a blank email to alexstory*******************************
