Guest guest
Hi my name is Barbara and I am new to the group. I'm new to essential oils and joined this community to get some help with it. Anyone have any suggestions for someone that has a lung ailment to help them with their breathing? Thanks Sensationally-yours.com
Guest guest
Depending on what the lung ailment is, of course some are far more serious than others and need a doctors attention. Now, with that said, when my asthma acts up, along with my prescription, I inhale Tea Tree Oil in steam . It has a very medicinal smell, but as you breath it in, you can feel it penatrating. Its also great for studdy sinuses, like from a cold . Guest guest
I have found that if I inhale eucalyptus oil or peppermint oil it helps open my lungs. I take a drop and rub it between my hands, then cup my hands over my nose and mouth and inhale (with eyes closed) this works great for stuffiness from colds and sinus stuff too. Guest guest
Sensationally-yours.com, Birch, basil, cedarwood, clove, Hyssop, jasmine,. Eucalyptus is good if they do not have epilipsey. Of these my favorite is cedarwood or jasmine. Please be aware that emotionaly we tend to stuff our feelings in organs. The lungs represent deep seated greif. Use a blend like young living's release or sara followed by inner child. EFT is great to use with oils. Depending on the issue, add an herb like lobelia to expell mucus or mullien to moisturize the lung tissue. Be Blessed in all you do! Guest guest
I was inhaling hot steam out of pure vanity, to open my pores just before a Pascalite/Bluegreen algae mask. The steam made me cough. I added a few drops of Eucalyptus, and it felt like balm to my lungs!
