Guest guest Posted March 17, 2006 Report Share Posted March 17, 2006 Hello group; Im a 51year old guy whos 5'5 " tall and weighs about 100lbs and used to do boxing and wrestling years ago.....my metabolism is running fast and my work now leads little time for sleep....(i get about three to four hours of sleep a day) ,,,,Ineed to gain weight have been trying but not successful. I look very younger than my age.... I workout 3x a week..... and dont want to use steroids or chemicals in my body to gain.......please help and advise my e-mail address is....... padrian954 thanks! and all the best to you!
