Guest guest
fascinating topic- me too!!!Marci <twilli55 wrote: I belong to a few groups so I'm not sure if it was on this one...but what i'm looking for is a post that was a week or so ago about a heavy metal detox tea recipe that tastes good. I looked in the posts for this topic but it's not there so I assume it was posted under a topic of other discussion. If someone can help me find what message that was or repost the recipe I would really appreciate it. I thought I had saved it but after searching my system can't find it anywhere. Thank you all.Marci

Guest guest
Hi ya Rik, I have been studying all sorts of things online all day long, so I know how you are feeling. I am about done for the day, a few days to be honest! I had the mercury in my mouth removed. I figured I was only going to get to a certain point in health until I did that. I am glad I did. I did go through a heavy metal detox, a few of them. You can get a bit agitated while on it. Some worse than others. When I heard other people say they went through that, I could relate. I helped a family of three boys and their father through one too, I didn't notice they got unusually angry and one of the teenage boys was border line autistic. Hope that helps, fft herbal remedies , " Rik " <bliksemskater wrote: > > hello all, > today i'm reading about heavy metal detox, i have been wondering about > my fillings in my teeth, i have a lot of mercury fillings. what i have > been reading is quite shocking, has anyone done a heavy metal detox? > if so, can you tell me about this? thanks in advance, rik >

Guest guest
Of all the myriad detoxes I've tried, I've found that the easiest and most effective is the Aqua Chi (or any other brand would do to) ionic footbath. As far as nutrition goes, I love In-Liven which balances the bacteria in the bowel and nourishes the whole system. It's very absorbable and can be utilized during a fast to speed things up. Metal in the cells will compromise so much but can especially contribute to mental fog and candida. I improved when I had my fillings taken out. Actually I think it was only one filling that was bothering me but I had them all taken out over the course of about a year. Don't go too fast unless you are doing either Aqua Chi or chelation which is, by the way, also hard on your liver and kidneys. If you're on a tight budget you could start with the watermelon fast described in Dr. Jensen's book Tissue Cleansing. Basically just eat watermelon for 10 days and nothing else. You will feel crappy for up to the first 3 days but it will get better!
