Guest guest
Does anyone have suggestions on helping the symptoms of Meniere's? If some emotion is causing this, (tinnitus, dizzy, hearing loss) is it maybe I don't want to hear/deal with certain issues? Things I have read about helping with this is more rest, B vits., less stress, more exercise to increase blood flow. I hate to waste my money on " snake oils " when everything I read says that there is no cure. Guest guest
HI Jane, I had a dr tell me years ago that when I had an attack with Meniere's I needed more rest. He also said when you feel the dizziness coming on to find an object and concentrate on it until the initial wave passes. I have had it for 16 years. I have found when I overdo I get an attack. I rub peppermint oil on my temples and get in a dark room and force myself to relax. Bad news sometimes it takes me a couple of days to get over an attack. I hope others will post I would like to see what others use. I have been told it leads to permanent hearing loss and nerve damage over the years.
