Guest guest
Reishi is full of amino acids and my cravings for sweets completely went away when I started drinking " healthy coffee " which is coffee mixed with Reishi mushroom. I lost about 2-3 inches off my waist in a week. That was about a year and a half ago and I'm still drinking it and still don't get cravings. According to the book The Diet Cure there are little spaces in the brain that are empty when certain amino acids are lacking (guess I was an airhead, LOL). Fill them up and the cravings go away. I just read a book called Triumph over Hepatitis C that was very positive about using Reishi as part of the program. The man who wrote it completely overcame his hepatitis (he used a lot of other stuff too). Reishi has been used for thousands of years in China for it's anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and immune stimulating benefits. It also makes the body more alkaline which we can sure use in this chemical and stress-filled world. Guest guest
Here's the website for the book: http://www.dietcure.com/ I picked mine up from a bargain bin and it's one of the most informative diet books ever! The plan itself is a hassle to follow but it does explain the physical side of addiction and moods which I found fascinating. We can't get all the stuff in Canada for the diet.
