Guest guest
I am 32 and have been an IBS sufferer for half my life. I have the type where you go through bouts of constipation for weeks then you get the spasms and have diarrhoea for weeks. I have tried everything from allopathic drugs (in the beginning when I knew no better!) to changes in diet. To be honest the things have have helped me the most has been Aloe Vera juice, which is available in capsule form so it is easy to take around with you and lately those yoghurt drinks with the good bacteria have made me damn near normal!
