I am going to go buy the oil in a few minutes. I need to get some groceries too. Let me ask you if you think I'm on the right track. I have been doing much better than a few months ago, but now this skin crisis has reappeared and a couple of other things. I will begin today. One question: in order to get the maximum benefit from this process, what type of diet do you recommend? I think I have a candida crisis. Should I simply do this treatment and follow the candida diet? ... Vegetarian with no dairy, no sugar, flour, red meat? I am thinking of a little salmon (organic) and a little free range chicken. I will not put anything in the way of oil, food or snacks in my mouth for the next six months that doesn't come from Wild Oats! What do you think? Guest guest
The way I understand it, an anti candida diet would include meat, but no sweeteners, grains or fruit. Be sure to read labels, even at Wild Oats. Linda - Victoria Satta Tuesday, August 08, 2006 3:48 PM Re: Re: Oil Pulling--- Emergency Request At 07:08 PM 8/9/06, you wrote: >Certainly you can.
