Guest guest
Well, as I reported here--and on the oil pulling list--I haven't had any " major " effects from it, yet I have noticed various things going on in my body. I've been pulling for about 3 weeks now. Some people experience dynamic improvements, but I believe it's because their health is bad. My general health is good, so there's not much to experience in feeling different. I have noticed that my teeth feel super clean all the time, my urine is a lighter color (which must mean it cleaned something out of the kidneys) and I use to have a lot of mucus when I wiped after peeing, but now I do not. So, again, the oil must be pulling some yeast or something out of the body, even though I have not FELT any physical difference. And I have never had a yeast infection, so just thought my amount of mucus was normal, but apparently not. So if you are in fairly good health, you might not feel any difference, but I would imagine it's still doing something inside you. Oh, also, I do find that I am not hungry for breakfast after pulling in the morning! I have not lost any weight, as others have, but the hunger goes away. Odd, huh? I'm not swallowing any of the oil. I use sunflower oil. But, just to show another experience that I have not had--again, I think it s because of my general good health, I took liquid zeolite 10 drops, 3 times a day, to see if this kick started any sort of healing--as I know I must have heavy metal in my body. I have metal fillings in my teeth since childhood, and have eaten the SAD way (standard american diet) most of my life, that is bad for a body. So, there must be something that should have happened when I did this heavy detox with the zeolite, but nothing! No feeling what-so-ever. Nothing noticeable in my body. No extra waste expelling. No nothing. I got more out of the oil pulling, physically, than the zeolite. Not to say the zeolite doesn't work for others, but it did nothing for me. And the oil is MUCH cheaper than zeolite! :-) samala Renee ---- HI everyone: i have just completed my first week of oil pulling; 20 mins every morning.. and i am not seeing any results yet. is this average? i was hoping to experience some amazing results, but none yet. i am curious how many people are still doing this procedure. i am ready to use my sunflower seed oil for cooking now. Guest guest
Well, after 1 week of not noticing anything different, i quit for 2 days, now i'm back at it again. maybe i felt guilty? did i quit too soon? i'll give it 2 more weeks (straight) and see what evolves. i think i would consider myself 'average', as far as diet, health, etc., though i have been diagnosed with uticaria and fibromyalgia. i was hoping that the oil pulling would really show some significant improvements in those 2 areas... stay tuned! i found one of the posts, about the website on oil pulling; for those who are interested: www.oilpulling.com take care, AF , " Renee " <gaiacita wrote: > > Well, as I reported here--and on the oil pulling list--I haven't had > any " major " effects from it, yet I have noticed various things going on in > my body. Guest guest
I would like to try oil pulling, but I am on SEVEN different types of medication at the moment. Will this have an adverse affect? I would appreciate it if anyone could get back to me on this. Thanks a bunch You can email me at : sqv_thats_me o.com> wrote: Well, after 1 week of not noticing anything different, i quit for 2 days, now i'm back at it again. maybe i felt guilty? did i quit too soon? i'll give it 2 more weeks (straight) and see what evolves. i think i would consider myself 'average', as far as diet, health, etc., though i have been diagnosed with uticaria and fibromyalgia. i was hoping that the oil pulling would really show some significant improvements in those 2 areas... stay tuned! i found one of the posts, about the website on oil pulling; for those who are interested: www.oilpulling.com take care, AF , " Renee " <gaiacita wrote: > > Well, as I reported here--and on the oil pulling list--I haven't had > any " major " effects from it, yet I have noticed various things going on in > my body.
