Guest guest
Most people do not realize that raw garlic can make you feel " low " sometimes. Why? Is there an ayurvadic principal here? I started eating raw cloves to overcome an ear/sinus problem and felt depressed this morning (I ate some raw cloves last night). Any suggestions? Guest guest
Hi, My family and i have been eating raw garlic cloves for quite some time, the reason as per my husband it helps regulate cholesterol level in the blood and maintains its density.I too get this feeling as you mentioned but i think it should pass with time. You will gradually begin to feel lighter. Guest guest
I have never heard of people being melancholy after taking garlic. Since garlic is very " detoxing " in nature perhaps the depression is a " healing crisis " symptom. I would be interested in hear other ideas on this as well.
