Hi all, I'm Jen from Central PA. I just joined too. My husband has

GERD and also ulcers in his esophogus. He's on Aciphex, which helps

as long as he watches his diet (which he wasn't) so I took it upon

myself to start him on a whole foods eating plan. Nothing 'white'

(sugar, rice, flour) no processed foods, olive and nut/seed oils

instead of butter, etc. I also got digestive enzymes from the

natural foods store. He hasn't had pain, headaches or reflux for

over a week now. He's even lost some weight, and so did I!

I just wanted to share what's been working for him and if anyone

else has anything to share that could help, I would appreciate it!

Thanks!

Jen

past 2 months i have been drinking aloe vera juice, taking

acidophillus capsules and eating probiotic yogurt and i have not had

a single day with acid reflux since :) Not sure which did the

trick..

Hurray!

Digestive enzymes are one of the greatest

things anyone should do for their health.

There is a great generic website on all the

All of the digestive enzymes you need are in raw fruits and vegetables.
