Guest guest
Hi all, I'm Jen from Central PA. I just joined too. My husband has GERD and also ulcers in his esophogus. He's on Aciphex, which helps as long as he watches his diet (which he wasn't) so I took it upon myself to start him on a whole foods eating plan. Nothing 'white' (sugar, rice, flour) no processed foods, olive and nut/seed oils instead of butter, etc. I also got digestive enzymes from the natural foods store. He hasn't had pain, headaches or reflux for over a week now. He's even lost some weight, and so did I! I just wanted to share what's been working for him and if anyone else has anything to share that could help, I would appreciate it! Thanks! Guest guest
All of the digestive enzymes you need are in raw fruits and vegetables.
