Guest guest
I have been using the candles for years now and I really love them. But I would not use paper, very dangerous. I use them by punching a small whole in a paper plate, placing the ear candle (made from light linen and beewax) in the whole then lighting. I have a large glass of water on handy and a cosmetic mirror on the coffee table to keep an eye on how far down it has burned. I of course pull all my hair into a pony tail so it wont get burned. I have tonges on hand to grab the candle as it gets down to almost done then pull it out with the tonges and place it in the glass and off to do the other side. That is pretty scary to use paper. You can find them at any health food store. They dont cost much at all. I use mine about 2x's a year or more depending on the wax build up. This is great if you have children with cronic ear wax build up. Just let them look at themselves in the mirror and it really helps. Not only do they work great but your ears will love you for them.
