Hey all -- Sorry 'bout the goofy subject line, but I couldn't think of

another way to combine these two infobits into one post. First, THANKS for

the recommendation to see an " Activator " -trained chiropractor; I've been

for three appointments now (fourth is tomorrow) and the difference is night

and day! My shoulder still hurts a little now and then, but it was loads

better the second I first stepped out of that office, and it's been getting

even better ever since! Amazing! (Apparently I had/have some pretty nasty

chiropractic maladjustments going on, especially in the top few vertebrae

in my neck.) Normally I would mistrust anyone who said, " oh, this is going

to take several visits to cure, hem hem " , but I can't ignore the fact that

I keep feeling better every time!

Second thing: As most of you know, I'm pregnant (almost 3 months now) and

I'm having some weirdness when it comes to my food & fluid intake. For the

most part I try to eat what my body seems to want--I did this before I was

pregnant because it seemed like a good idea; now I do it to avoid puking!

(And it works, too.) Pre-pregnancy I drank about 5 full glasses of water a

day, sometimes more. But ever since the nausea started, water has been

irritating to my stomach (huh?) and I find I can only sip it occasionally

or I get really queasy. What I've been craving like *mad* though, is fruit

juice, especially acidic ones like orange & grapefruit. Now I realize I'm

drinking 1-2 glasses of water a day (and having to force myself to at

that), and probably gallons of juice (if you count the fruit I'm eating on

top of it). Is this okay?? And if it is, can somebody tell me how to get

my tongue to stop being sore from it? *lol*

Thanks again all,

Sara T.
