Guest guest
Yah, if you have Hepatitis fooling around with Vitamin A can be a bit dangerous. Probably not like walking down a street in Brooklyn, but still not something to court. There are some indications that Beta Carotene is better. That's something i intend to learn more about. Right now i take straight Vitamin A, because that works ok. I'm impressed that you found a standard doctor that recommends Milk Thistle. I know there's a difference between Vit A and Beta Carotene which is good. Is that the form you take? Licorice and dandelion also very good for the liver but iron is another thing bad. I guess there have been actual studies on Milk Thistle because even my gastroenterologist recommended it. >Karen > -- Michael Riversong ** Professional Harpist, Educator, and Writer ** RivEdu ** Phone: (307)635-0900 FAX (413)691-0399 http://home.earthlink.net/~rivedu -- Educational Site
