Guest guest
I'm curious. I have a little boy who won't eat his veggies either. Becky When William was 4, his level of understanding was very minimal and I had to get some vile tasting stuff down him. After a lot of wrestling matches and tricks, this worked and we still use it. I use a medicine cup that holds 2 tblsp of liquid. Back then, he came to understand that he had to swallow 1 cup of whatever nasty stuff he was taking at the time and after that, I'd quickly wash it down with water or give him something he liked. Now he has to take whatever(Dragon snot, panther piss, total tonic, tinctures, etc.)3 at a time every minute or two until it's finished. I also juice whatever is available organically(that he won't normally eat) and give him that the same way. The dinner salad, I juice while I'm cooking and even add olive oil and vinegar hoping he'll acquire the taste of a good salad. But you could mix it with fruit juice. I've found this is the best way to get leafy greens down both my kids(the oldest is a teenager) It's not a lot of juice(4-6 ozs) and takes only a few minutes to get it down him. He does have a problem with beet juice(he consistantly gags on it), so I don't use that. This has worked like a dream for us, hope it helps you.
